Membership Agreement and Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Tina's Clean Team LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), and the undersigned member (hereinafter referred to as “Member”).

1. Program Overview:

RoutineCare+ is a membership/subscription program offered by the Company. It provides residential cleaning services at discounted rates. Membership includes an initial deep clean followed by recurring cleaning services.

2. Membership Fees and Services:

Member agrees to pay a monthly membership/subscription fee of $50. The initial deep clean is based on the time/size purchased in your initial offer. Recurring cleaning services are priced based on the size of the premises and the frequency of service, offering significant discounts from market prices.

3. Minimum Commitment and Cancellation:

Free to reschedule/cancel at any time up to 24 hours in advance. Reschedule and Cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a fee. Late Reschedule Fee ($30)Late Cancellation Fee ($50). Member commits to a minimum membership term of 6 months. Early cancellation (before 6 months) of the membership by the Member will result in the Company charging the Member the difference between the initial deep clean's full price and the discounted price received.

4. Payment Terms:

Membership fees are due monthly in advance, and on subscription. Only electronic payments are accepted. Payment for the initial deep clean is due at acceptance of the offer. Subsequent services may be pre-authorized as per the pricing table, before the service is rendered. Pricing Table Below

5. Service Terms:

The Company will schedule cleaning services in consultation with the Member. The Member agrees to provide access to the premises for scheduled cleaning services. The Member shall ensure the availability of electricity and water at the premises to enable the Company to perform the cleaning services effectively.

6. Legal Compliance:

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the performance of this Agreement.

7. Amendment and Modification:

This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document signed by both parties.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
